We want your first impression to be a happy one. With Check Before Pay, you can visually inspect your order in front of the rider before paying—so there are no surprises.

Open parcel before payment (visual check only).
If you don’t like it, there’s a size issue, or damage: don’t pay—hand it back.
We’ll arrange a free exchange/re-dispatch or 100% refund via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa.
If a rider doesn’t allow opening, accept the parcel and record a 30-sec unboxing video—we’ll exchange/refund without deductions after verification.
How It Works (Step-by-Step)

Rider arrives
Politely inform the rider you’d like to use Check Before Pay. -
Open for a quick visual check (2–3 minutes max)

Verify article code, color, size label, quantity, and visible condition.

Optional but recommended: shoot a short video as proof.

Decide on the spot

All good? Pay the COD amount and receive the parcel.

Not satisfied (wrong/mismatch/damage/size concern)? Don’t pay. Hand it back to the rider. We’ll coordinate free re-dispatch or fast refund.

Rider disallows opening?

Kindly accept the parcel, record a 30-second unboxing video (continuous—no cuts), and contact us.

We’ll exchange/refund without deductions once verified.
What’s Allowed vs. Not Allowed
Allowed (at delivery):

Visual inspection only (no try-on): color, size tag, article code, quantity, visible damage.

Keep tags/packaging intact during the check.

Quick photos/video for your record.
Not Allowed (for hygiene & safety):

Try-ons/wearing at delivery.

Panties or sealed hygiene packs cannot be opened at delivery.

Removing tags, cutting pins, applying perfume/makeup, or damaging retail packaging.
Special note (Lingerie hygiene): Panties are non-exchangeable and must remain sealed. Bras: visual check allowed; try-on is not permitted at delivery.
If You Hand It Back (Exchange/Refund Flow)

Tell the rider you’re refusing COD under Check Before Pay.

We’ll confirm your preference: exchange (new size/article) or 100% refund.

Exchange: We re-dispatch the requested size/article free of charge once confirmed.

Refund: Processed via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa after rider returns the parcel to us and a quick QC (24–48h).
If You Accepted a Sealed Parcel (Unboxing Video Route)
Sometimes riders don’t allow opening due to route time or courier policy. No problem:

Accept the parcel, then record a single, continuous 30-sec unboxing video showing:

Outer label (name/number/order ID)

Opening the box/polybags

Item, size tag, color, quantity, and any visible issue

Contact us with Order # + video.

We’ll exchange/refund without deductions after verification.
Karachi Rider Option

Karachi (selected areas): Rider-assist check is supported.

Far/off routes may be excluded by courier policy. We’ll advise the best route for you.

Misuse & Fair Use
We love making this easy, but repeated unjustified refusals, tampered packaging, or policy abuse may lead to COD restriction. Thanks for helping us keep the service fair for everyone.

Q1. Can I try the item at the door?
No—visual check only. Try-on at delivery isn’t allowed for hygiene and courier time constraints.
Q2. What if I simply don’t like it after seeing it?
If you’re not satisfied at first look, don’t pay and hand it back. We’ll arrange free exchange or 100% refund.
Q3. Rider didn’t allow opening—now what?
Accept it and record a 30-sec continuous unboxing video. We’ll exchange/refund without deductions after verification.
Q4. Are panties covered?
Panties are sealed and cannot be opened at delivery; they are non-exchangeable due to hygiene. If there’s a packing error (wrong item) we’ll fix it—just share the label + unboxing video.
Q5. Who pays shipping for exchanges/refunds?
Under Check Before Pay, if you refuse at delivery for valid reasons, we cover re-dispatch or refund without deductions. If a case falls outside this policy, our standard Returns & Exchange Policy applies.
Q6. How long does a refund take?
After the parcel reaches us and passes a quick QC (24–48h), Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa refunds are typically issued within 2–4 working days.
