At Bravina, hygiene and your comfort come first. While we don’t offer refunds, we do make size/style exchanges simple and friendly. 💖

Who’s Eligible for an Exchange?

To qualify, your item must:

  1. Be unused (no wear, wash, perfume, makeup, or damage).
  2. Include all original tags/labels, undamaged original packaging, and the original invoice.
  3. Be requested within 14 working days from the delivery date.
  4. Be supported with clear photos (front, back, tags) shared during your request.

⚠️ Panties cannot be exchanged. We appreciate your understanding—this protects all customers’ hygiene.


How to Request an Exchange (Step-by-Step)

  1. Tell us the issue & your preferred size/article:
    Email info.bravina@gmail.com or message us on Facebook/Instagram: https://www.facebook.com/bravina.pk
    Include: Order #, item name/size, reason, and photos.
  2. Availability Check:
    We’ll confirm if your requested size/article is in stock and note any price difference (if applicable).
  3. Send the parcel back:
    • Outside Karachi: Courier the item to our warehouse (address below) and share tracking with us.
    • Karachi (selected areas): Opt for our rider pickup (Rs. 100). Far-off areas excluded.
  4. Quality Check (QC):
    Once received, we do a 24–48h QC review. If approved, we dispatch the new size/article and cover re-dispatch charges.
    If QC fails (signs of use, wash, perfume, damage, missing tags/packaging), we’ll return the same item back to you.

Important Notes

  • Price Differences: If your new selection costs more, we’ll share a quick payment link. If it costs less, we issue a store credit for the balance.
  • Sale Purchases: Exchanges honored at the same sale percentage as your original order.
  • Outlets: Online orders cannot be exchanged at physical outlets.
  • Policy Rights: Bravina may refuse an exchange if any condition is unmet or in case of policy breach.

Pro Tips for a Smooth Exchange ✨

  • Place garments back in their original polybag/box; keep tags intact.
  • Use a clean, protective outer courier bag to avoid scuffs or tape on retail packaging.
  • Share tracking ASAP so we can monitor and fast-track your exchange.

Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?

Extremely rare—but if it happens:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.
  • We’ll prioritize a free replacement after verification.
